It arrived to me in excellent condition and when it was scheduled to arrive. The only thing that I can say that I did not like was that when I placed my order, I did not recieve a conformation until my order was being shipped. That was kinda scary, because with it being so close to Christmas I was wondering if my order had been recieved, if it was even in stock, and if I would recieve it by Christmas. However, everything worked out perfect!

I ordered a panther uniform set and shoulder pads from Nflfootballuniformset.com. My products were removed from the original package and placed in a small shipping box with nothing to protect it from breakage during the shipping process.

Dealing with customer service was not helpful at all either and they do not offer free return shipping. I sent numerous emails back and forth to get a replacement. Since I had already shipped back the item without a note inside, exchanges were not possible and I would have to re-order.

I wasted lots of time with customer service and money on shipping, but I would have gladly paid hundreds not to see tears and the look of disapointment in my childs face as he opened his birthday present.

Body: The package arrived in time for Christmas. I paid the $10 delivery charge - only to find the same item at our local redskin store in the mall for $44. Oh well! The medium size does fit a larger size kid. 75 pounds and 52 inches. Pants a little tight - but are elastic waist. Helmet is definitely not suitable for real football.

Body: I had a terrible experience with these guys and would advise going elsewhere.

I ordered a uniform 10 days before I needed it but paid for express 3 day shipping just to be sure. I made a mistake in my address when I let autofill put in an old address. I realized the mistake and within a minute of placing the order, I went to correct the error. There is no phone number to call, only an email address for cutomer service so I sent an email explaining the issue and gave them the correct address. This went out no later than 5 minutes after placing the order.

Three days later, I received a response saying that the order had not been shipped but that they could do nothing about it and I would recive a tracking number when the item shipped. 5 days after the order I sent another email requesting status and got a short response saying I would receive an email when the item shipped.

12 days later I asked for another update and they responded by saying they had sent me an email with the tracking number (which they hadnt) and included the actual tracking number in the response. The package had been sitting in my city at UPS for 2 days searching for a correct address.

I called UPS and they delivered the next day. I would steer clear of this company. They didnt even offer to refund the additional $10 I spent to expedite the package.
